You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must immediately notify evip8 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Any bets placed and transactions conducted through your account prior to notification of suspected unauthorized access will be considered valid and binding.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000, and maximum deposit limits vary based on your payment method and account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 2 minutes of successful transaction confirmation.

evip8 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond evip8's control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
All transactions on the evip8 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There are no currency conversion fees, and your account balance, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in IDR.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
evip8 processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 3 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 24:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside these hours or during Indonesian public holidays (such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day on August 17) may experience slight delays.
